The Barnes Bullets VOR-TX in 270 Winchester is a premium factory hunting load built around Barnes’ flagship all-copper projectile – the 110 grain TTSX Boat Tail. The Tipped Triple-Shock X bullet uses a polymer tip to initiate rapid, controlled expansion, paired with a grooved shank that drives double-diameter expansion with near-100% weight retention, even at extended range.

Barnes loads VOR-TX with premium brass cases. The 110 grain TTSX boat-tail carries a manufacturer-rated G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.347, helping the round resist wind drift and retain velocity and energy downrange for the longer shots western hunters often face.
